We're looking for a Media Buying Lead to join our high-performance in-house media team. This role is responsible for managing a team of specialist media buyers and overseeing the execution, optimization, and scaling of high-impact campaigns across ad networks, media platforms, and in-app placements.
As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier i-gaming media plans that drive engagement and measurable business results for our casino and sports betting brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of display media buying specialists, overseeing daily operations, performance optimization, and campaign execution across multiple platforms and networks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies focused on maximizing ROI and customer acquisition.
- Guide the team in planning, buying, and optimizing media inventory across RTB, direct deals, and in-app environments.
- Manage relationships with media partners, ad networks, and third-party platforms to ensure competitive pricing, premium placements, and new opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of tracking methodologies using tools such as Voluum or Binom, ensuring accurate reporting and attribution.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure timely delivery and proper trafficking of creative assets across a range of formats.
- Stay informed about evolving media buying technologies, industry trends, and inventory offerings, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance-driven media buying, including hands-on experience with ad networks, media houses, and RTB platforms.
- Strong track record of managing teams and delivering performance-focused digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of digital ad formats and trafficking, including static, HTML5, VAST, and MRAID.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign analytics, bid strategies, and ROI optimization.
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Voluum or Binom, and a solid understanding of attribution methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for performance, data, and continuous learning.
