VIP CRM Manager

Prepare a strategic monthly calendar for Casino and Sports customers;

Analyze player behaviours and create segmentations and personalized offers;

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for upselling, retention, and reactivation;
-
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver promotions;
-
Manage communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages;
-
Identify key sports and casino events and align them to promotions;
-
Track and report key performance metrics (retention, reactivation, churn, ARPU, campaign conversion);
-
Perform A/B testing and hypothesis testing to improve CRM performance.
We need your professional experience:
-
2+ years of experience in a CRM within the iGaming industry;
-
Experience managing VIP segments and executing high value retention strategies;
-
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking tools;
-
Experienced in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies for CRM initiatives;
-
Advanced English level;
-
A good understanding of player behavior is a strong advantage.
