Senior Project Manager

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: from scoping and planning to execution and delivery;

  • Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services;

  • Take ownership for improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service;

  • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team: processes, communication, and delivery practices;

  • Track and manage key performance metrics, including Uptime Rate, Development Deviation, Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, and Delivery Rate;

  • Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables;

  • Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.

We need your professional experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment;

  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps);

  • Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence;

  • Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments;

  • Experience with the Native applications development will be a plus;

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum);

  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • Experience working with fast release cycles, live systems, strict reliability and uptime requirements will be a plus.
