Customer Support Representative

Maintain high customer satisfaction by following service standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
We need your professional experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or a similar role;

Experience working with chat-based support systems and ticketing tools;

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken);

Experience handling customer requests via calls will be a strong advantage.
