Treasury Support Specialist

Issue invoices and prepare supporting financial documentation (acts, reports, screenshots for banks);

Prepare and submit documents in response to banking requests;
-
Assist in maintaining communication with banks (handling phone communication, managing tokens);
-
Monitor the relevance and validity of contracts with partners; initiate the creation of new agreements when needed;
-
Administer the treasury Jira board: assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion;
-
Implement updates and changes to treasury policies and procedures;
-
Support various administrative tasks related to the treasury team, including organizing events, team-building activities, and seminars.
We need your professional experience:
-
Minimum 2 year of experience in finance, marketing or a related field;

Proficient user of Google Sheets and Jira;
-
Confident user of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop;

Experience working with banks will be considered a strong advantage;
-
Experience with 1C is a plus;
-
Marketing background is considered beneficial;
-
At least Upper intermediate level of English.
