Head of BI&Analytics

Collaborate closely with C-level executives to align analytics initiatives with strategic priorities;

Evaluate overall business performance and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement;

Contribute to marketing budget allocation by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations;

Drive the continuous development of the analytics function and the underlying analytical infrastructure;

Oversee people management responsibilities, including talent development, performance evaluation, and team growth.
We need your professional experience:
-
At least 1 year of experience leading an Analyst team;
-
At least 5 years of analytical expertise;
-
Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau is preferred);
-
Track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions across departments;
-
Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities;
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management;
-
Strong ownership and accountability mindset;
-
Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics;
-
At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.
