EUC Engineer

As an EUC Engineer with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you would be responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, ensuring optimal performance and security of endpoints. This role involves working with various software tools and technologies to maintain and enhance the user experience. This an onsite role to assist users’ day to day functionality and efficiency in an office environment. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Endpoint Management: Manage and support Windows and macOS endpoints using Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, and BeyondTrust.
• Software Deployment: Implement and maintain software distribution and endpoint management solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices and applications.
• Security Compliance: Ensure endpoints are compliant with security policies and standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Application Packaging: Package and deploy applications using industry-standard tools.
• Automation: Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Asset Management: Maintain a concise inventory during the hardware lifecycle of all endpoints and devices.

You should apply if you have:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing and supporting end-user computing environments.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, and BeyondTrust.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Microsoft Certifications for endpoints/desktop administrator (preferred but not mandatory).
• JAMF 100/200 (preferred but not mandatory).
