
UAT Manager
As a UAT Manager here in Convera, you will oversee the UAT phase for IT Product delivery for multiple applications, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders. As a leader, thinking and planning ahead for UAT, working with the test team to create the E2E scenarios ensuring test coverage and have this validated with the business operations to support prioritisation as part of the planning.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading the Test team:
• Ensure scripts are organized and prioritized
• Ensure teams are clear on the prioritization of testing activities
• Managing the team deliverables
• Encourage and demonstrate cross team collaboration
• Resolving issues for the team to proceed with the daily responsibilities
• Defining and executing the Test Approach:
• Test Strategy Documentation
• Functional VS non-functional Testing
• Performing the Test Plan
• Business Scenario creation and familiar with Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Review Test Scripts in line with test scope, script prioritization
• Test effort planning
• Manage Test Data requirements and data creation
• Managing the Test Execution:
• Use initiative to drive testing progress, adapting to the dynamic environment
• Test Execution and Reporting procedures with Senior Managers
• Manage business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure progress
• Motivate business operations testers
You should apply if you have:
• University Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related subjects
• 3+ years in Testing, script writing, execution, co-ordination and reporting
• Experience team management and participation in large scale IT projects, working with Developers, Testing teams, project managers, Product managers
• Financial services, Operations or compliance functional experience is preferred but not essential
• SQL for DB extract skills will be must
• Strong Written and Verbal communication (reporting)
• Adaptable to the environment
• Problem solving skills
