
Product Marketing Manager
PR Newswire is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) based in the United States to focus on our PR Newswire (PRN) portfolio. This role will collaborate across product, sales, and marketing teams to drive go-to-market strategy, ensuring PRN solutions are effectively positioned, communicated, and marketed for growth.
The PMM will play a key role in a variety of initiatives, including supporting product launches, developing sales enablement materials, and gathering competitive insights. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and creativity, strong communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can efficiently manage multiple priorities, and delivers high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Primary areas of responsibilities may include:
Messaging and Positioning – Clearly articulate product value and differentiation for offerings to ensure consistent and differentiated messages that map to buyer need, personas, and influencers along a client lifecycle. Create strong market facing product messaging and value prop statements and deliver persona level value stories that tell the product story in a way that connects with users and prospective buyers.
Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution – Orchestrate successful launch of new products, features and solutions, ensuring alignment across product, sales and marketing. Develop comprehensive GTM plans that outline key messaging, target audiences, and marketing channels while working closely with stakeholders to drive awareness, demand, and adoption. Oversee the execution of launch initiatives, including developing collateral, landing pages, and customer communications, and more. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to execute promotional campaigns to maximize market impact.
Product Marketing Content – Create and maintain high-impact marketing collateral that effectively communicates the value of PR Newswire’s products. This includes developing product one-sheets, case studies, demo videos, pitch decks, and solution briefs that help educate both internal teams and external customers.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and enablement teams to build training materials and programs that equip sales representatives with the knowledge, messaging, and tools they need to successfully position and sell PR Newswire solutions. Ensure that all content aligns with PR Newswire’s brand voice and messaging strategy, making complex products and features easy to understand and compelling for buyers.
Market research & Competitive Intelligence – Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities. Maintain and update relevant collateral to reflect key insights and ensure sales teams are informed of market changes. Monitor competitors’ offerings, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, refining messaging and positioning as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of relevant product marketing experience, (SaaS preferred)
Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio of samples showcasing clear and compelling content.
Proven experience developing go-to-market campaigns, effectively highlighting product features and successfully launching products.
Strong project management skills, with experience using Asana or similar project management software.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with content creation tools like Canva is preferred but not required; basic video production or editing skills are a plus.

$110,000 - $130,000 USD
