Responsibilities:
• Assists in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements including NDAs
• Interface between attorneys and business personnel, including sales staff, regarding commercial agreements
• Maintains tracking system relating to all commercial agreements and provides periodic reports regarding the same
• Assists with the management of the department's files and other administrative needs
• Manages and files corporate filings with state agencies
• Reviews and assists with drafting responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Investigates editorial, intellectual property and other claims issues
• Investigates, gathers and distributes documents and other information required pursuant to subpoena demands
• Participates in regulatory compliance matters
• Provides executive/administrative assistant support to attorneys in the Legal Department.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior paralegal experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be highly organized
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments
