Job Summary: The position is responsible for supporting vendor management activities related to performance tracking, spend analysis, and process administration. The role ensures accurate reporting, data integrity, and adherence to established policies and procedures. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver reliable insights that support business decisions and continuous improvement in vendor performance.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collect and validate vendor data and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Perform quality control reviews of vendor invoices and supporting documentation to verify compliance with contractual terms and service levels.
  • Support the preparation of vendor scorecards, KPI reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Partners with vendors to ensure the implementation of and adherence to required reporting practices.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve vendor data discrepancies and process gaps.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of vendor management reporting tools and processes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, or financial/operational analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • French langue proficiency will be an added advantage. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Experience working in a shared services or outsourcing environment.
  •  Knowledge of vendor performance management and governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or project management methodologies.
