This role is responsible for leading complex pricing initiatives and developing pricing strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and broader business objectives. The role applies advanced analytical and commercial expertise develop pricing recommendations, maintain pricing structures and resources, and ensure effective implementation of pricing decisions across products and markets. This role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive effective pricing decisions and execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and lead pricing strategies, frameworks, and recommendations for assigned products, solutions, markets, or business areas.
• Conduct complex pricing, financial, customer, competitive, and market analyses to identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and commercial performance.
• Develop recommendations for price points, pricing structures, packaging, discount approaches, and other monetization strategies.
• Lead pricing initiatives for new offerings, product changes, market expansion, and other strategic business priorities.
• Own the setup and maintenance of new SKUs, ensuring pricing and related information is accurately established across applicable systems and processes.
• Maintain global price books, price lists, and related pricing resources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved pricing strategies.
• Lead pricing activities associated with new offerings, product changes, market expansion, and other strategic business initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to evaluate pricing decisions and align recommendations with business objectives.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance for complex commercial opportunities, pricing exceptions, and non-standard business requirements.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess the potential revenue, margin, customer, and business impacts of pricing decisions.
• Establish and improve pricing methodologies, processes, tools, and governance to promote consistent and effective pricing practices.
• Monitor pricing performance and effectiveness, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend adjustments based on business and market results.
• Serve as a pricing subject matter expert, providing guidance and influencing stakeholders on complex pricing and monetization matters.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.

Qualifications
• Typical experience: 8+ years in pricing, financial analysis, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a related analytical function.
• Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting complex pricing and financial analyses and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience developing or managing pricing structures, price lists, price books, SKUs, or related pricing processes.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to evaluate revenue, margin, profitability, and other commercial impacts.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex pricing concepts and influence business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
• Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market pricing strategies and operations, including differences in currencies, markets, or commercial models.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, subscription, or technology-based pricing and monetization models.
• Experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including new product or solution launches.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, pricing, or business intelligence platforms used to manage pricing and commercial data.
• Experience developing or improving pricing governance, methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of competitive pricing research, willingness-to-pay analysis, price elasticity, segmentation, or other advanced pricing methodologies.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and involves frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment. It also requires effective communication in person and through digital channels, occasional movement within the workspace, and handling of light materials (typically under 10 pounds). Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. It may be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs and applicable work arrangements. Standard working hours apply, though flexibility may be required to accommodate deadlines or collaboration across time zones. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
