What we offer:
The Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Executive will develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive online presence and business growth across the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., SEM, Social Media, Programmatic), optimizing landing pages, implementing SEO, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital channels.

- Hong Kong: Sino Plaza, Causeway Bay
- Singapore: 300 Beach Road, The Concourse
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance online presence across the Asia Pacific region, in collaboration with digital marketing agencies.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including SEM, Display, Social Media, Programmatic, eDM, GDN, and other digital platforms, to effectively target specific audiences.
- Optimize landing pages and collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling copy and impactful visuals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in a sizable organization.
- Experience with tools like Eloqua, HTML, and familiarity with Mainland China’s digital ecosystem is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with attention to detail and an innovative approach.
- Proficiency in performance marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and innovative.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
