The role

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy People Systems Analyst to help optimize and streamline our HR data and technology ecosystem. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in people data analytics, HR system configuration, and system integrations to ensure our HR operations are accurate, scalable, and efficient.

You will partner closely with the Senior Director, Global People Operations and the broader People Team to maintain data integrity, configure workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and support seamless integrations across HR platforms, including UKG, Greenhouse, LearnUpon, Clickboarding, and Culture Amp. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the systems that power our global people operations.

 

Duties and responsibilities - The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

 

System Administration & Configuration

  • Support day-to-day configuration of HR systems, including fields, workflows, roles/permissions, automations, integrations, and reporting structures.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when necessary, and collaborate with vendors to resolve defects or implement enhancements.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and release management.

People Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain data quality through audits, cleansing, and governance practices.
  • Support the People Analytics team by ensuring accurate system data for dashboards and analyses.
  • Build ad hoc reports by pulling data from various HR systems as needed.

Integrations & Automation

  • Support HR system integrations with payroll, finance, IT, and third-party platforms.
  • Assist with API-based data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation to reduce manual entry and improve data quality.

Process Optimization

  • Partner with the broader People team, Payroll, and IT to streamline processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Document procedures, maintain knowledge articles, and provide system training as needed.
  • Support new system implementations, feature rollouts, and enhancement projects.

Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as Tier 1/2 support for HR system inquiries and tickets.
  • Provide guidance to HR partners and end users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Participate in roadmap discussions and offer recommendations based on data insights and system experience.

 

Essential Skills and Experience

 

Required

  • Ability to work US business hours (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Bulgaria local time).
  • 2–4+ years of experience in HRIS administration or a people analytics role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as UKG, Greenhouse, LearnUpon, Clickboarding, or Culture Amp.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including Excel/Sheets and one or more BI/reporting tools.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data structures.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting HR integrations, APIs, or middleware solutions.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
  • Experience with automation or workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • Curiosity, an analytical mindset, and motivation to learn new systems.
