What you'll do:
- Become an advanced user of all products within the Brandwatch product suite, using a hands-on forward-thinking approach to solve complex client problems
- Deliver high-quality reporting using excellent data management and proven understanding of analysis, data storytelling and research methods.
- Implement effective and scalable data analysis solutions through data sets, query writing, visual dashboards and data segmentation.
- Build a research/storytelling plan that maps to brief, project objectives with timelines and accountabilities.
- Execute on a research plan independently and build a narrative with data that is engaging and actionable.
- Represent the team in client-facing meetings, communication with clients on projects, and present to internal and external audiences by effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

What we look for:
- 2+ years of research experience or data / statistical analysis, preferably with exposure to media intelligence, consumer insights and/or social media research.
- Understanding of marketing, market research and / or social media. Ability to think like a client and make recommendations based on business objectives.
- Technical aptitude for learning new software and conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses and setup.
- Experience creating data visualizations, data storytelling, and creating a compelling story flow of technical and report deliverables.
- Experience in analysing large datasets, simplifying complex data, or working with unstructured text, with the outcome of producing strategic insights
- Confidence in business writing, client communication and presentation skills. Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
- Competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Full training in Brandwatch software will be provided. Familiarity with social research, Boolean searches, unstructured data, Brandwatch or similar software is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English. Multilingual skills are a plus - Japanese, German, French or Spanish skills are particularly sought after, but not a prerequisite.
