Head of HR Greece

As Head of HR, Greece/HR Business Partner, you will lead business partnering for Greece, supporting local needs from the ground up, partnering with local and global COE's while shaping the people strategy that supports our scale-up ambitions.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Greece and other locations, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent development initiatives.
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic influence, ideal for a HR leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and can balance local setup with global alignment.
What you will be doing :
Local Setup & Operational Excellence

Partner with COE’s to support the HR setup for our Greece entity, including on-boarding, HR operations, policies, and compliance frameworks.

Partner with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant employment practices.

Oversee local benefits, compensation benchmarking, and people processes aligned with market standards.

Support the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a high-quality employee experience as the team scales.
Strategic HR Business Partnering

Act as a key HR partner to local and international business leaders, supporting organizational design, talent planning, and team effectiveness.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support growth and scalability.

Partner with leaders to strengthen performance, engagement, and development across teams.

Coach managers and leaders to build high-performing, collaborative, and accountable teams.
Talent, Culture & Development

Champion our culture and values through local activation, communication, and leadership engagement.

Identify and develop emerging talent and successors for key roles.

Drive inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing programs tailored to the Greece workforce.
Cross-Regional Collaboration

Serve as the bridge between local operations and the wider international People team — ensuring consistency and alignment in people practices.

Contribute to global HR projects in areas such as organizational design, performance, and talent mobility.

Support the design and delivery of talent development programs and performance enablement initiatives.

Share best practices and insights from Greece with international peers to inform broader people strategies.
We are looking for someone who :
- Has proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Head of HR in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- Has a strong understanding of Greek employment law and local HR compliance.
- Has experience partnering with international stakeholders and supporting cross-border teams.
- Has strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Has strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Is passionate for building culture, developing people, and enabling business growth.
- Is fluent in English and Greek.
