Head of Commercial

The Head of Commercial will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Superbet’s customer relationship and lifecycle strategy in the Greek market. This role will ensure that players receive a personalized, engaging, and rewarding experience throughout their journey from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
What you will be doing:
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Define and deliver the overall CRM and player engagement strategy for Greece in line with local marketing and group objectives.
- Oversee lifecycle communications (onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention, churn prevention, reactivation).
- Align with global CRM best practices while ensuring localization for Greek market needs.
Data-Driven Personalization
- Segment players based on behavior, value, and preferences to deliver targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with BI/Analytics to build predictive models and customer scoring.
- Monitor key KPIs
Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, onsite).
- Ensure campaigns are timely, relevant, and compliant with regulatory and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Collaborate with content/creative teams to develop compelling messaging.
Loyalty & Retention Programs
- Design and manage loyalty programs, VIP management processes, and reward structures.
- Partner with sportsbook and casino product teams to build engaging promotions
and offers.
Tools & Automation
- Manage CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Partner with central tech and product teams to improve personalization and automation capabilities.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and manage the local CRM team in Greece.
- Work cross-functionally with Acquisition, Brand, Sponsorship, Customer Service, Compliance, and Group CRM.
- Ensure all CRM activity is fully aligned with responsible gaming standards and regulation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 8+ years in CRM/Retention in iGaming, sports betting and casino.
- Has proven track record of building and scaling CRM programs in Greek and other regulated markets.
- Has strong knowledge of Greek market dynamics and customer behavior in online betting/casino.
- Has expertise in CRM tools.
- Has data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Has strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Is able to design and execute personalized, automated customer journeys.
- Has excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
- Is highly customer-centric, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- Is able to balance commercial results with compliance and responsible gaming principles.
- Is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and collaborative.
