Head of Commercial

We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee CRM & VIP operations while driving strategic initiatives across multiple verticals⁠⁠. The role will be overlooking the daily CRM & VIPs ops, ensuring top quality, while main focus will be on strategizing and coordination, ensuring good execution of agreed plans with local team, but also with Product Reps.

What you will be doing:

Strategic Leadership

  • Act as the right hand of the Commercial Director, co-sharing responsibility of the local P&L.
  • Partner with the Commercial Director in: 

- Defining and aligning on Commercial strategy for Greece.

- Defining and aligning on the Product Portfolio & Strategy⁠⁠ in Greece with the Product VPs of all verticals (sports, casino, player, social).

- Leading the Social product strategy, looking to ensure balance & synergy between Sports & Casino inside Greece.

- Leading the Loyalty Coins Strategy for all verticals inside Greece.

  • Own X-sell Planning.
  • Own Products commercial performance at a local level.  - Coordinate efforts for product/features launches, related to any vertical (Sports, Casino, Player, Social).
  • Monitor and report CRM & VIP performance metrics⁠⁠ using proper & accurate documentation.
  • Partner with Sportsbook Manager & Casino Manager to provide commercial overview of the performance, documenting all local efforts & identifying local opportunities, leveraging our Commercial Performance team insights.
  • Always stay on top of industry trends and bring innovation to the team, pushing for experiments to find the sweet spot for the entire commercial offer.

Stakeholder Management

  • Drive Product Commercial Performance via Local Commercial Sessions with all local teams.
  • Drive Product Development via Product Monthly Sessions. Identify product opportunities leveraging the innovation database & submit them via the dedicated process on a quartely basis.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction in collaboration with CRM Sales team.
  • Drive recurrent alignment sessions on anything related to Greece product performance with the central teams: CS, Marketing, Product, Growth, Studio.

Operations Management

  • Oversee CRM & VIP operations including CRM & VIP calendar, templates, tests, performance of channels.
  • Manage X-sell planning across Greece, leveraging all products portfolio.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with Casino, Sports, Acquisition, Content, Affiliates and Social Media teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Has excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
  • Has strong industry experience in CRM & VIP.
  • Has strong knowledge in sports betting & casino. Good understanding of product management.
  • Has excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Has project management and team coordination skills.
  • Has analytical thinking & data-driven approach.
