Gaming Operations Specialist

As Gaming Operations Executive you’ll assist the gaming team by delivering new content based on the release roadmap in order to hit monthly and yearly targets. Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders in terms of testing features that are in development that fit into our area of responsibility, escalate relevant issues and track progress of fixes.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Is Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Proves a professional level of English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
- Has a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in game lists, testing, and communication.
- Has strong ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
- Has a positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not compulsory. A passion for gaming and a willingness to learn is highly valued.
- Has excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external providers.
- Has the ability to identify, escalate, and follow through on issues to ensure they are resolved efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Up to date game lists for all jurisdictions:
- Maintain a list of all live games at any given moment.
- Track and document all deactivated games, including reasons for deactivation.
- Develop game lists containing metadata (e.g., type of game, theme, number of lines), as needed.
New casino provider integration testing – smoke testing scenarios:
- Conduct smoke testing with the platform team before integration go-live.
- Collaborate with the Gaming Content team to provide all necessary details to the audit team (e.g., logging in to staging, credentials).
- Prepare new integrations for audit testing and address issues encountered by the audit team.
Content release:
- Test games across all channels before release and escalate potential issues to relevant teams.
- Track the progress of content release across all markets and provide weekly/monthly updates to ensure targets are met.
- Source required assets, manage the relationship with the creative team for asset-related tasks, and liaise with the Gaming Content team to understand any special requirements.
- Maintain communication with BI concerning weekly releases.
Gaming Product support:
- Assist the Gaming Product team with testing new features.
- Populate lower environments with games as requested by the Gaming Product team.
Provider communication:
- Actively monitor provider integration/support channels (e.g., Skype, Slack) to stay on top of potential changes and requests.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
