About the role
As the Partnerships Executive at Sporty, you will play a key role in supporting sponsorship strategies, managing relationships with partners and ambassadors, and driving revenue growth and brand exposure through successful activation programs. You will have the opportunity to work and liaise with different departments, key stakeholders and will require you to have a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ambassadors
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and evaluate their suitability, profitability, and alignment with the organisation's brand.
- Ideate content and its execution for activation to drive engagement
- Deliver best-in-class partnership and account management including: contract management and fulfilment, integrated promotions and activations, experiential marketing, branding, digital, social media, television, adverts, retail, appearances, ticketing, hospitality, merchandise, etc.
- Oversee partners’ adherence to contractual commitments, proactively identifying, flagging, and resolving any issues - protecting Sporty's interests
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of Sporty Group in the market
- Conduct market research and identify prospective sponsors that align with the organisation's target audience and objectives
- Monitor sponsorship performance, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and prepare regular reports for management
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark sponsorship initiatives to maintain a competitive edge
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sponsorship marketing
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management or related field with 1-2 years relevant experience in Sports Business Environment
- Excellent knowledge in Sports and/or Betting IndustryExperience in assisting with creative ideation for activations
- Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese is essential
- Spanish proficiency is desirable
- Excellent client management and servicing experience
- Strong organisational and strategical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners, ambassadors and key stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
- Strong knowledge of sponsorship principles, trends, and best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, work from office and travel as required
