About the role
The Affiliate Associate, with a focus on social media, is responsible for reviewing and monitoring SportyBet’s network of influencers, creators, and affiliates - while also growing and maintaining SportyBet’s social community across multiple platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Build, manage, and maintain strong interactions with influencers, creators, tipsters, and affiliate partners through a social online community
- Identify and reach out to new affiliates and creators through social media platforms and digital communities
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen SportyBet’s online affiliate and social community presence by fostering authentic, consistent engagement and representing the brand positively across all relevant channels and platforms
- Manage influencer/creator pages, monitor their online activity and performance, and provide ongoing feedback and support to maximise results
- Track and analyze social media trends, community sentiment, and affiliate performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support and strengthen SportyBet’s relationships within the wider online sports community, ensuring consistent tone, professionalism, and authenticity in every interaction
What you'll bring
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) and international online community culture
- Solid grasp of social media trends, sports culture, and sports betting fundamentals (markets, odds, fan engagement)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for sports, digital engagement, and community development
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and channels simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across teams
Even better if
- Experience in the sports betting, sports media, or gaming industry.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio).
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative tools, etc.).
