About the role

SportyBet is looking for a creative AI Sports Content Creator to join our Social Media team in Madrid. This role focuses on producing engaging sports stories, short-form videos, and visual clips powered by AI tools to elevate SportyBet’s digital presence.
You will blend sports storytelling, artificial intelligence, and visual design to create compelling social media content that captures key moments, narratives, and trends across global sports.
This is an ideal role for someone passionate about sports, social media, generative AI, and digital creativity.

What you'll be doing

AI-Driven Sports Content Creation

  • Create short-form sports content, stories, and clips using AI-powered tools.
  • Generate visual concepts, illustrations, and motion clips using tools such as MidJourney and Leonardo AI.
  • Turn sports moments, betting narratives, and trending topics into highly shareable social media content.

Social Media Storytelling

  • Develop sports stories and visual narratives around football and other major sports.
  • Create content for our SportyBet brands for, TikTok videos, X posts, and short-form highlight clips.
  • Translate sports events into engaging visual content with strong storytelling hooks.

Design & Editing

  • Produce high-quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
  • Edit AI-generated visuals into polished social-ready graphics and video content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content formats.

Trend Monitoring

  • Track sports trends, viral content formats, and AI creative innovations.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to push creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with the wider SportyBet social and marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

What you'll bring

  • Experience creating sports-related social media content.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience using AI creative tools such as:
  • MidJourney
  • Leonardo AI
  • Other generative AI platforms (Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc. is a plus).

Creative Profile

  • Deep passion for sports culture and digital content.
  • Ability to transform sports moments into creative AI-driven visuals.
  • Understanding of social media trends and viral formats.
Nice to Have
  • Experience creating sports meme content or highlight clips.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Knowledge of football leagues and global sporting events.
