Brand Lead & Creative Content Strategist

Your role at Exness:
Our Brand Lead & Creative Content Strategist and play a crucial role in shaping our branding and content strategy across all digital platforms. We are looking for a visionary with deep expertise in branding, digital marketing, and content creation to drive our brand forward, ensuring consistency and innovation in every communication.
You will:
- Develop and maintain the company's brand voice across all marketing communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
- Craft specific brand tones for different social media and online channels.
- Create and implement a comprehensive marcoms matrix that aligns with our business objectives and optimize creative content and communication performance.
- Lead the strategy for content across digital channels, including websites, blogs, long form content platform, social media platforms and eventual email campaigns, tailored to the unique audience and goals of each channel.
- Help optimize and oversee the execution of digital marketing funnels to optimize customer journey and conversion rates.
- Craft and manage a dynamic content calendar that addresses all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with marketing, strategy, content writers, design and production teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
- Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and work closely with data teams to utilize data to optimize and refine approaches continuously.
- Work closely with strategy and data teams to outfile frameworks for research, consumer segmentation, consumer insights, focus groups and competitor communication analysis.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in brand management and content strategy, preferably within the fintech sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful branding and content strategies that have significantly impacted business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, content creation, and campaign management across various platforms.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and collaborating effectively across departments and driving projects from conception all the way to successful conclusions.
- Expertise in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy adjustments.
Desired Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of envisioning and executing innovative branding initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and digital channels, with the ability to craft distinct strategies and content for each.
- Experience in working with data teams to set up and optimizing Google Analytics and other measurement tools to track and enhance performance.
- A self starter, able to work proactively and independently, in alignment with broader team, department and company goals, with minimum guidance needed.
