The Market making operations Team within Exness combines unique expertise, knowledge and responsibilities to continuously improve pricing, execution models and trading experience of our clients. A Trading Support Engineer is an expert responsible for trading platform RUN which is supporting the core functions, maintaining components to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. As a source of unique knowledge and experience, a Trading Support Engineer also plays a crucial role in supporting all the teams within the Company to achieve ambitious goals together.

The role is based in our office in Montevideo, Uruguay. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Supporting delivery of new features and components 
  • Resolving complicated inquiries related to the trading platform
  • Monitoring of vital metrics ensuring the highest quality of service
  • Identifying anomalies in pricing and execution
  • Working hand to hand with the risk monitoring team to respond to urgent requests in a timely manner  
  • Providing expert knowledge support for colleagues

Who we’re looking for

Experience:

  • Experience in MetaQuotes trading products (MT4, MT5) administration. Other relative products is a plus
  • Experience in supporting brokerage trading platforms

 

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of spot forex, CFDs & OTC products
  • Good communication abilities (both writing and verbal)

Advantage would be:

  • Strong knowledge of the Company product
  • Solid technical or programming background

Soft Skills:

  • Passion for knowledge, technologies and sophisticated systems 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language;
