About the Role

As our Head of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading diverse technical teams across major international CFC build and retrofit projects. From project engineering and commissioning to IT infrastructure and installation management, you’ll drive excellence, lead innovation, and champion development across our delivery function.

You’ll act as a mentor and role model for technical teams, support strategic decision-making, and be the voice of Delivery in high-level conversations. Collaborating with senior leaders, product experts, and engineers across the business, you’ll ensure successful delivery and foster a culture where collaboration, diversity, and growth thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership across all global client delivery projects.
  • Mentor, support, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams with a focus on long-term career growth.
  • Champion continuous improvement in the delivery of engineering work, including tools, processes, and team structures.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Delivery leadership.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues through clear, proactive escalation and collaboration.

About you

You're a proven engineering leader who brings together technical expertise and emotional intelligence. You value diversity in teams, lead with empathy, and are passionate about helping others grow. You’ve led in multiple technical domains—whether that’s project engineering, commissioning, infrastructure, or installation—and you thrive in cross-functional, global environments.

You’re motivated by purpose and impact, excited about the opportunity to shape strategy, influence at a senior level, and build high-performing teams. If you're looking for a role where your leadership can drive innovation and empower others, we’d love to hear from you.
