About the Role
As Senior Demand Planner, you will drive our organisation's future success by ensuring we accurately anticipate and meet all project demand. You will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of our project demand forecasts, a critical function for maintaining operational excellence. The role requires collaborating across teams to translate sales forecasts, business strategies, assumptions, and project timelines into precise material demand plans. This includes managing MRP data, leading S&OP demand planning processes, resolving planning challenges, and continuously improving demand forecast accuracy.
About you
- Extensive knowledge of materials requirement planning (MRP) and inventory management processes
- Demonstrated experience of S&OP / operational processes and experience with ERP systems
- Proven ability to lead and influence demand planning strategies and drive the demand and supply alignment process
- Strong analytical skills, capable of handling large data sets, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decisions & build relationships
- Supply chain experience, ideally within a demand planning role
