About the Role

This part-time People Function Coordinator role plays a vital support role within the People Effectiveness team, working closely with the People Team Effectiveness Manager and PA to the CPO to ensure seamless coordination across the People Leadership Team and wider People function. You’ll provide a blend of administrative, coordination and project support - acting as a go-to contact for day-to-day needs and helping the team stay organised, connected and on track.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting senior leaders and is looking to grow their experience in team operations, internal communications and people-focused work.

About you

  • Partnering & Networking: Proven ability to build strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Accurate in handling data, numbers, and detailed information.
  • Diary & Meeting Management: Experienced in managing calendars and organizing meetings using Outlook or Google Suite.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Previous administrative experience with demonstrated project management skills.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Tech Savvy & Efficiency Focused: Proactive in leveraging technology to improve processes.
  • Highly Organised & Time Management Master: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Proven success working in a dynamic business where prioritization is critical.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities, with potential for flexible hours.
  • Proactive & Self-Starter: Takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
  • Confident Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels, including senior management.
  • Travel & Accommodation Arrangements: Experienced in planning travel and booking hotels.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and well-structured presentations (e.g., using PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Strong English Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficient in Office/Google Suite: Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
