About the Role

The Organisational Effectiveness Manager focuses on driving organisational improvement through project management and expert consulting across change and organisational development initiatives within Ocado Technology Solutions. This role collaborates within and across business areas to assess needs, design solutions, and implement strategies that enhance organisational performance, facilitate positive change and growth. 

This role works alongside the People Effectiveness Manager, with a focus on outward-facing organisational initiatives, while the People Effectiveness Manager supports People Team effectiveness.

About you

  • Strategic project leadership & consulting expertise: Proven ability to apply strategic leadership and consulting skills on complex, cross-functional initiatives, from diagnosing organisational issues, considering solutions and meticulous planning through to successful, impactful delivery. 
  • Executive-level communication & stakeholder engagement: Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to confidently engage and influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships at all levels. 
  • Executive reporting & presentation proficiency: Highly skilled in preparing compelling, high-quality reports, strategic briefings, and impactful presentations tailored for senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Data-driven insight & impact assessment: Highly adept at leveraging data analytics and insights to inform critical strategic decisions and assess the tangible impact of initiatives on organisational outcomes.
  • Organisational development and change expertise: Deep understanding of organisational development principles, change management methodologies, and design frameworks to drive effective and sustainable transformation.
  • Proactive problem solving in complex environments: a proactive and strategic problem-solver with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and effectively leading through complex, fast-paced organisational landscapes
