About the Role
As a Project Delivery Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex automation and technology projects across the globe. This dynamic, hands-on position offers a fast-track development path for recent engineering graduates, providing exposure to Project Engineering, Installation Management, and Commissioning. You’ll rotate across these disciplines based on project needs, gaining real responsibility and building a well-rounded skill set. Working both from head office and on-site internationally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of engineering tasks, support system installations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts—making a real impact from day one.
About you
- Recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, or similar), with relevant industry or rotation program experience.
- Willing and enthusiastic to travel regularly, including internationally.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Eager to grow quickly, take early responsibility, and make a real impact on live projects.
- Strong communicator and team player, able to work independently when needed.
