About the Role
Professional Services Associate is a key member of the Partner Success Professional Services team, supporting the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the services we provide to our global partners.
Working closely with our subject matter experts across multiple disciplines, you will help turn operational expertise into repeatable, high-quality service offerings. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, maintain governance processes, manage knowledge and documentation, and ensure the team has the tools and information needed to deliver consistently excellent outcomes.

- Manage the Professional Services Work Package portfolio, maintaining governance, tracking delivery progress and ensuring risks and dependencies are identified and escalated appropriately.
- Support the development of new Professional Services Work Packages by transforming subject matter expertise into structured, repeatable service offerings.
- Coordinate strategic actions and initiatives, ensuring actions arising from partner visits, governance forums and cross-functional projects are tracked through to completion.
- Drive adherence to Professional Services ways of working, promoting consistent processes, governance and standards across the team.
- Own the Professional Services knowledge repository, ensuring documentation, templates, guidance and Work Packages are accurate, current, well organised and easily accessible.
- Capture and share best practices from across partners, creating reusable guidance and examples that help standardise and continuously improve service delivery.
- Support operational planning and reporting by maintaining activity trackers, resource planning information and leadership reporting, while promoting accurate time recording and AI-enabled reporting.
- Coordinate the production of Quarterly Partner Statements, gathering inputs from cross-functional teams and preparing high-quality first drafts for review.
- Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, pre-reads and meeting materials, capturing decisions and ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
- Identify opportunities to improve Professional Services operations, simplifying processes, introducing automation and AI where appropriate, and helping the team scale efficiently.
