About the Role

Ocado Group is one of the UK’s most visible and exciting corporate narratives. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take our website to the next level, strengthen our digital content and improve the way in which people engage with our story online. This role will focus on improving the user experience and effectiveness of our website, creating compelling content to emphasise our credentials as a global technology leader, and demonstrating the value of our most important channel through data.

If you have experience in managing and optimising websites alongside a passion for digital content marketing, then this could be your ideal role.

What you will be doing 

  • Share our exciting developments at Ocado Group by creating new pages and updating new content on our website for company news or thought leadership.
  • Make updates to the site or collaborate with our team and agencies to enhance the content, layout, and design of our site.
  • Create performance reports to demonstrate the value and impact of our work, providing recommendations to make improvements.
  • Working with our wider comms teams to decide on the best strategic approach to amplifying content.
  • Craft compelling content to showcase our story through coherent, creative narratives and formats such as video, blogs, thought leadership and news pages. 
  • Make improvements to SEO and accessibility to boost the reach of our site and its content.

About you 

  • Experience in website management, ideally within a technology/B2B setting
  • Experience in crafting compelling content in a variety of formats e.g blog, video and webpages ideally within or for a technology business 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and CMS platforms (Webflow is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of how different content types should be created and optimised for SEO and accessibility.
