Build automated customer retention funnels;

Monitor key retention metrics weekly and monthly;

Improve communication metrics.
Essential professional experience:

Commercial background in gambling or betting;

Experience with email service providers and CRM systems;

Familiarity with handling considerable budgets for marketing or sales;

Enjoying an international business perspective;

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights;

Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
