Social Media Manager

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals;

  • Plan content around key events, partnerships (e.g., sports leagues, ambassadors), and product launches;

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube);

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and influencers to develop visual and multimedia assets;

  • Monitor all social media platforms for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and mentions;

  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, reach, and video views;

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to improve future content and campaigns;

  • Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to activate brand partnerships, ambassador content, and contests;

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, memes, and cultural moments;

  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and complies with platform and legal regulations (especially for betting or regulated markets).

We need your professional experience:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation;

  • Experience managing brand accounts (not just personal or freelance), preferably within B2C brands such as: Sports, esports, entertainment, iGaming;

  • Proven experience managing content for key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube (Telegram, WhatsApp, Threads will be a plus);

  • Experience with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer);

  • Basic reporting skills in Excel, Google Data Studio, or Tableau;

  • Experience with paid social ad management (Meta Ads Manager);

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
