Analytics Team Lead

We need your professional experience:
-
At least 1 year of experience leading an Analyst team;
-
At least 4 years of analytical expertise;
-
Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau is preferred);
-
Track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions across departments;
-
Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities;
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with top management;
-
Strong ownership and accountability mindset;
-
Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics;
-
At least an Upper-Intermediate English level.
