About the Role 

At ARX Robotics, a robust financial backbone is essential for building the future of autonomous systems. As an Accountant on our Finance team, you will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You'll take ownership of our accounting processes, ensuring compliance and providing the reliable data that underpins our strategic decisions for our Ukrainian subsidiary as well as our Headquarter in Germany. 

This role is central to our growth. You will manage a unique financial landscape, ensuring compliance across both German (HGB) and Ukrainian accounting standards in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. What You’ll Build 

• A reliable end-to-end accounts receivable cycle - from invoicing and receivables monitoring to dunning and customer account reconciliation. A streamlined accounts payable process covering invoice verification and posting, vendor master data management, and supplier account reconciliation.
• Full visibility over daily cash positions through bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity reports.
• Robust payment run process that ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal approval workflows.
• Consistent and efficient month-end and year-end closing activities across AR, AP, and cash management.
• Well-documented and transparent financial record base that supports internal and external audits.
• Scalable and optimized financial workflows by identifying and implementing opportunities to increase efficiency. 

What You Bring 

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within a fast-growing company where you’ve adapted to changing needs.
• Strong command of core accounting procedures, including general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Principles is essential; familiarity with IFRS is a valuable bonus.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Microsoft Excel, using these tools to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a knack for solving complex problems with practical solutions.
• Hands-on, structured, and organized approach to your work, with the ability to take initiative and own projects from start to finish.
• Completed business education or equivalent qualification.
• Professional fluency in both Ukrainian and English is required; German language skills are a plus.
