Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Tech (m/f/d)

About the Role 

As our Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Tech, you will play a critical role in scaling a  world-class engineering organization and contribute to ARX's mission of making Europe a more secure place. 

You will own the technical hiring strategy, from defining priorities to closing critical hires, while mentoring and enabling a team of senior technical recruiters. You'll have the autonomy to design and implement initiatives that attract the best engineering minds, ensuring our technical teams have the talent needed to solve some of the toughest challenges in robotics and defense. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters, fostering their growth and ensuring their success in a fast-paced environment. 
• Set clear goals and objectives for the talent acquisition team, driving performance and accountability to meet our ambitious hiring targets. 
• Oversee the creation of proactive talent pipelines for our most critical and hard-to-fill technical roles. 
• Build a powerful employer brand narrative that resonates deeply with top engineering talent. 
• Champion a data-driven technical recruitment culture, using metrics to guide hiring decisions and elevate our talent bar. 
• Design scalable hiring strategies that anticipate our future technical needs. 
• Ensure an inclusive, agile, and compliant hiring process that guarantees an exceptional experience for every engineering candidate. 

What You Bring 

• Proven track record of over 8 years in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting both software and hardware engineers. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, or formally managing a talent acquisition team  in a high-growth deep-tech or technology scale-up. 
• Expertise in advanced sourcing and building talent pipelines for highly specialized and senior technical roles. 
• Data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy and influence senior engineering leaders. 
• Genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and a drive for continuous innovation in technical recruitment. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to act as a trusted advisor to tech leadership. 
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities. 
• Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
