About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you'll lead and optimise our recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier tech talent to drive our company’s growth and success. 

In your day-to-day work, you will design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership across our software and hardware engineering teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

  • Keep our hiring agile, inclusive, and compliant, while always raising the bar on quality. 

 

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition (5+ years)
  • Experience recruiting both software and hardware engineers
  • Prior exposure to tech recruitment at a Deep tech scaleup would be a big plus. 
  • Expert at sourcing, market mapping and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Data-first mindset: you use metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Obsessed with great candidate experience and recruitment innovation
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with ATS and modern recruiting tools
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • You thrive in fast-growing, high-velocity environments 


Please note that this position is based in either Berlin or Munich.
