
Senior People Operations Manager (m/f/d)
About the Role
As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the People function at ARX Robotics. With People Operations as your primary focus, you will own and continuously improve our core HR processes, systems, and compliance while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Beyond operational excellence, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, partnering with the business on people-related topics, supporting organizational growth, and helping translate business needs into effective People solutions. What You'll Own
- Own and continuously optimize end-to-end People Operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable processes across the employee lifecycle.
- HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an outstanding employee experience.
- Act as the subject matter expert for German employment law, HR policies, and People governance, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating organizational risk.
- Drive the continuous improvement and automation of People processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through technology and scalable solutions.
- Own and develop our HR systems landscape (HRIS and related tools), ensuring data integrity, reporting capabilities, and operational excellence.
- Leverage People data and analytics to generate actionable insights, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of People initiatives.
- Partner with managers on a range of employee matters, providing guidance on performance, employee relations, organizational changes, and people best practices.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen our culture, and support business growth.
- Oversee visa, immigration, and relocation processes, ensuring a seamless experience for international employees.
- Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners, serving as a trusted point of contact for operational and people-related topics.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen governance, documentation, and operational standards as the organization continues to scale.
- Contribute to the evolution of the People function by introducing best practices, challenging existing ways of working, and helping build a high-performing People organization.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a broader HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in German employment law, payroll processes, HR compliance, and People Operations best practices.
- Demonstrated experience owning and improving People processes, HR systems, and operational workflows at scale.
- Experience partnering with managers and business leaders, providing practical guidance across a range of people topics while balancing business and employee needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and digital People tools, with a passion for automation and process optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization.
- A highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-growing environment where you can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
