As our Talent Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of this effort, owning the entire candidate journey and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. 

This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to do more than just coordinate - you will be an architect of our hiring engine. You will bring structure to a dynamic, high-growth environment, optimize our systems, and act as the central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams. What You’ll Build 

• A seamless and efficient scheduling process that confidently manages a high volume of interviews across all technical and business departments.
• An exceptional candidate experience where every applicant feels valued, informed, and respected, regardless of the hiring outcome.
• A best-in-class hiring funnel within our ATS (Greenhouse), optimized for data integrity, efficient workflows, and the elimination of bottlenecks.
• A strong, collaborative partnership with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring teams, ensuring every interview process—both online and onsite—runs smoothly and effectively.
• A reputation for operational excellence, where your ownership and improvements directly contribute to our ability to attract and hire top talent. 

What You Bring 

• Experience thriving in a high-growth startup or another fast-paced environment, with a proven talent for bringing structure and clarity to complexity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding that every interaction, no matter how small, has a major impact on our employer brand.
• Proficiency with a modern Applicant Tracking System (like Greenhouse) and a knack for leveraging tools to automate processes and boost efficiency.
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills in English (German is a strong plus), with the ability to connect with everyone from junior team members to senior leadership.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You don’t just identify problems; you take the initiative to design, propose, and implement improvements.
