
Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)
The Head of Talent Acquisition will shape and lead ARX Robotics’ global talent acquisition strategy during a critical phase of growth and technical expansion. This leader will ensure the company builds the organizational capability, infrastructure, and leadership needed to consistently attract and secure world-class talent across engineering, AI, robotics, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
Operating as a strategic partner to the executive team, the role is accountable for designing a high-performance TA function that delivers quality, speed, and scalability. This includes defining operating models, elevating hiring standards, strengthening workforce planning, and building the systems and leadership capability required to compete for highly specialized global talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s global talent acquisition strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Talent Analytics: Develop metrics and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies, pipeline quality, and time-to-hire.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs, develop talent pipelines, and support succession planning.
- Process Optimization: Implement tools, technologies, and best practices to streamline recruiting processes, candidate tracking, and reporting.
Your profile
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in technology, robotics, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record in scaling high-growth teams and building effective recruitment strategies.
- A builder of teams who invests in developing talent acquisition leaders and specialists to operate at world-class standards.
- Skilled at creating clear accountability, performance metrics, and development pathways within TA functions.
- Experienced in coaching senior stakeholders and hiring managers to elevate hiring quality and consistency.
- Experience leading through growth phases (startup to scale-up to global expansion).
- Deep understanding of technical talent markets and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment analytics platforms.
