Warehouse Operations Specialist

Kyiv

About the Role

As our Warehouse Operations Specialist, you are the guardian of our physical inventory—a critical role that ensures operational excellence and mission readiness. You will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of all inventory records, forming the backbone of our supply chain in a high-stakes, technology-driven environment.

This isn't just about counting parts; it's about building a system of trust and precision. You will work closely with our logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure that the hardware powering our autonomous systems flows seamlessly from receiving to deployment, enabling our teams to operate with confidence.

What You’ll Build

  • A robust system for the full lifecycle of warehouse accounting, from receiving and internal transfers to write-offs and final shipment.
  • Flawless data integrity within our ERP systems (1C, and soon, SAP), ensuring every transaction is reflected accurately.
  • A reliable document management process for all primary records, eliminating discrepancies and ensuring compliance.
  • Data-driven insights into inventory movement, analyzing and resolving the root causes of any variances like shortages or surpluses.
  • Clear, regular reports that provide leadership with an accurate, real-time view of our stock levels.
  • Efficient and organized inventory counts that align our physical stock with system records.
  • Strong collaborative workflows with logistics, procurement, and accounting to streamline operations.
  • More automated and optimized warehouse processes that help us scale with precision.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in warehouse accounting, inventory control, or a related logistics function.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse accounting principles and supply chain processes.
  • Practical experience with ERP or WMS systems (familiarity with 1C is required; SAP experience is a major plus).
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a systematic approach to your work.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and find their root causes.
  • A proactive and responsible work ethic, with the ability to manage deadlines and large volumes of data.
  • Experience with WMS or address-based storage systems is a strong advantage.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
