The Business Intelligence (BI) team sits at the heart of this transformation - defining how success is measured, ensuring consistency across metrics, and empowering teams with trusted, self-service data.
We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to shape how Wunderflats understands performance, defines success, and drives growth through clarity, consistency, and insight.

YOUR MISSION
- Develop and refine KPIs connecting marketing spend, operational performance, revenue, and contribution margin.
- Improve consistency and clarity of metric definitions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional alignment on performance measurement where needed.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on funnels, ROI, LTV, CAC, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Deliver robust reporting to support budget allocation, spend optimisation, and growth decisions.
- Identify performance drivers and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Create visually compelling reports that clearly communicate where to invest, scale, optimise, or reduce spend.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards.
- Ensure dashboards are reliable, clearly defined, and self-service ready.
- Work closely with Analytics Engineering to validate data transformations and model integrity in BigQuery and dbt.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Operations leads to evaluate initiatives and define measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with the BI Lead to shape analytics priorities and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Support junior analysts and working students by sharing best practices and raising analytical standards.
- Contribute to cross-team discussions to ensure data is part of key decision-making processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4–6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or a related field, ideally in a fast-scaling or marketplace environment.
- Strong experience defining and refining KPIs within business domains.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and solid experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Strong business acumen — understanding how marketing spend, operational performance, and financial outcomes connect.
- Proven experience analysing ROI, LTV, CAC, or contribution margin metrics.
- Comfortable working with BigQuery and familiar with data transformation workflows in dbt.
- Experience with Python for exploratory analysis is a plus.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills — able to present complex insights clearly and confidently.
- Degree in a quantitative or business discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
- Fluent in English.
