Brand trust isn’t built only on your website.

It’s shaped every day on social media, review platforms, forums, and video channels, often long before a customer ever clicks “book”.

At Wunderflats, these external platforms directly influence trust, conversion, and demand. This role exists to make sure our brand shows up there consistently, credibly, and with intent.

As Social & Reputation Lead, you’ll take ownership of how Wunderflats is represented publicly and help turn visibility, engagement, and sentiment into real business impact.

THE ROLE & YOUR IMPACT

As Wunderflats scales, public perception is increasingly shaped by algorithm-driven, highly visible platforms. Until now, these channels have been managed in a fragmented and reactive way.

In this role, you’ll bring clear ownership, structure, and strategy to our social presence and online reputation. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll work closely with Communications, PR, and Customer Service to strengthen brand trust, support demand growth, and surface insights that matter to the business.

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking.

You bring:

  • Hands-on experience managing social media for a consumer brand

  • Experience handling public reviews and online reputation

  • Strong judgement when communicating on behalf of a brand

  • A solid understanding of how social and content platforms distribute and prioritize content

  • Clear, empathetic written communication
