We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for International Markets who will own acquisitions across France, Belgium, and additional markets as we scale. Google Ads is your core channel, and you will adapt strategies to different local dynamics. This role demands someone who is extremely rigorous in tracking, analysis, and documentation. You will be the person who investigates unexpected performance shifts—questioning everything, validating data, analyzing auction behavior, and comparing trends across markets.You do not rely on assumptions; you uncover the truth through structured analysis.Because you will manage multiple markets at different maturity stages, you must be able to maintain consistency, precision, and discipline in your tracking and testing processes across countries.

YOUR MISSION

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Own tenant and landlord acquisition across France, Belgium, and new markets.
  • Adapt strategies to each market’s search behavior, competitive landscape, and maturity.
  • Manage pacing and budget allocation daily to ensure efficiency.
  • Optimize across Search, PMax, Display, and remarketing and other Performance Marketing Channels.

Deep Tracking, Market Analysis & Root-Cause Investigation

  • Maintain excellent tracking accuracy across international markets.
  • Identify and investigate performance changes with structured root-cause analysis.
  • Explore differences in markets by analyzing:
    • Auction dynamics
    • Query-level trends
    • Conversion quality
    • Competitive pressure and seasonality
    • Validate data across platforms, analytics tools, and backend systems.

Experimentation & Documentation

  • Run rigorous, well-structured experiments across markets to find repeatable growth levers.We are looking for someone who is excited about structured experiments - pragmatic, not perfectionist and even when the tracking or tooling isn’t perfect. 
    Document test setups, hypotheses, and learnings clearly and systematically.
    Share insights across the organization to influence multi-market strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration 

  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that reflect international performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth leadership, Product, BI, and local teams.
  • Communicate performance trends and actionable recommendations with clarity.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2–4+ years in performance marketing, ideally across multiple markets.
    Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads—Search, PMax, and large-scale optimizations.
    A highly analytical, detail-oriented working style with excellent tracking discipline.
    Ability to identify precise causes behind performance fluctuations, not just general trends.
    Experience combining platform, analytics, and backend data into coherent insights.
    Excellent documentation and communication skills.
    Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to get hands-on in complex data.
    Paid Social experience is a plus.
    English required; French and/or Spanish is a significant plus; German helpful.
