That's why we need you! As an Account Management Intern (f/m/d), you are the contact person for our tenants. Take responsibility by offering them an outstanding customer experience and proactively contribute to the further development of our platform.
 
This is a 4 to 6 month paid internship, working from our Berlin Office.

YOUR WUNDER MISSION

  • Be the best friend of our flat hunters and find a new home for them
  • Identify the individual needs of our customers and match them with our Wunderflats flats
  • Be the interface between tenants and landlords and mediate in difficult situations
  • Support our clients in negotiations and questions about tenancy agreements
  • Acquire expertise in the real estate market and get to know the potentials and challenges
  • Receive 5-star ratings for your performance with your team
  • Think along and actively identify optimisation potential in our processes and work steps

Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under Standard Contractual Clauses. Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. They will be deleted in the last 6 months after your application has been fully evaluated. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
