Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice and ensure that the company fully complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations while mitigating legal risks. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• Has 3 to 5 years of legal experience;
• Has experience in negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial agreements;
• Demonstrates the ability to manage a range of legal matters;
• Proves excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Is familiar with responding to authority requests and managing regulatory compliance;
• Is eager to learn. 

What you'll be doing:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to service contracts, supplier agreements, and partnership agreements etc;
• Ensure all contracts are legally sound, align with company objectives, and comply with applicable regulations;
• Manage contract renewals, terminations, and disputes;
• Develop and review terms and conditions (e.g., for customers, and suppliers) to ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes that may impact the company’s operations;
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Compliance, Operations, or Marketing) to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements;
• Handle and respond to legal requests from government authorities or regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner
