RTB House in DACH 

RTB House started its operations in Germany in November 2017 and has gradually grown to a team of 40+ dedicated members. As part of our ‘remote-first’- approach, our team is spread all over Germany while we additionally run office spaces in Berlin and Stuttgart. Our clients are top-notch German, Austrian and Swiss e-commerce brands in the Fashion, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Travel, Consumer Electronics and Classifieds verticals.

The successful candidate will join the team during a period of exceptional growth of our business in the DACH region.

 

We are looking for a dedicated Campaign Performance Improvement Expert to join our team and drive performance optimization across the market. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in monitoring campaign success, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between teams to resolve complex issues. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions and collaborating closely with market leaders and HQ.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track the status of campaigns, identify underperforming areas, and escalate complex cases to market leadership and HQ as needed;
  • Strategy Development Support: Participate in shaping effective market-level strategies by gathering insights and collaborating on improvement initiatives;
  • Implementation Oversight: Monitor and ensure implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance;
  • Action Plan Creation: Develop tailored action plans to address campaign challenges;
  • Improvement Recommendations: Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and support teams in adopting best practices;
  • Market Issue Analysis: Identify patterns in campaign issues, escalate broader challenges, and collaborate with HQ to evaluate their local and global impact;
  • Knowledge Gathering: Collect and share insights on market-specific Attribution Models, methodologies, and practices;
  • Process Optimization: Streamline campaign integration processes to prevent common issues and ensure a seamless experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in optimizing campaigns with strong business, product, and operational acumen;
  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify underperformance and recommend impactful solutions;
  • Experience in managing project tasks, including monitoring and documentation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, strong presentation skills;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, German nice to have;
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams, acting as a vital link between the Campaign Performance Improvement Center (CPIC) and local market teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless collaboration;
  • A mindset geared toward driving consistent improvements, sharing insights with local teams, and working closely with other Experts to enhance campaign performance across the market.
