Programmatic Inventory Support Manager

As a Programmatic Inventory Support Manager, you will provide technical support for expanding inventory tools, collaborating with internal teams, and publishers to resolve queries and optimize performance. You will be responsible for offering technical insights, supporting publisher integrations, and ensuring global inventory quality and accessibility.
What you will do:
- Support and maintain internal reports according to Inventory PMP’s or SSP’s needs;
- Build reports fit for local requests and analytic needs, using our GBQ databases;
- Provide technical insights/debugging for our current publisher integrations;
- Support the automation of monitoring of quality and access to publishers' inventories globally;
- Solve requests received through our ticketing system;
- Provide deep dives, and analysis in case of discrepancies or issues in inventory-related subjects;
- Set up, run and optimise pilot/test campaigns for inventory teams needs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the ad-tech industry, such as in roles like Traffic Specialist, Technical Account Manager, or AdOps Specialist;
- Experience with G Suite, Google 360, Google Ads, Google Authorised Buyers, etc.;
- Have basic knowledge about Prebid JS integrations and ad servers (mainly Google Ad Manager) debugging;
- Any basic knowledge in web development stacks: preferably MEVN or MERN;
- Advanced knowledge in SQL or NoSQL; Experience with ETL/ELT;
- Great communication skills;
- At least basic frontend/web technologies knowledge - HTML, CSS, JS;
- Experience with Browser Dev Tools (ie. Chrome DevTools);
- Experience with creating reports and dashboards - preferably Looker Studio; Including tools for working with Python code for data science and ML, like Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab;
- Proficiency in English;
- Great communication skills.
