The Account Management team plays a key role in driving client success, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring strong performance across digital advertising campaigns.

You Will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic eCommerce and performance-driven clients, including some of the biggest brands in the region, acting as a trusted business partner
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders through frequent face-to-face meetings, QBRs, and proactive communication
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: onboarding, launch, optimization, scaling, and long-term account growth
- Design, execute, and continuously optimize performance and branding strategies for eCommerce and digital-first advertisers, using data, insights, and creative thinking
- Analyze campaign performance deeply and translate insights into clear optimization and growth actions
- Take full ownership over account health: performance, margins, budget pacing, scalability, and client satisfaction
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and upsell/growth levers across accounts
- Ensure accurate order processing, commercial alignment, and timely payments in coordination with Finance
Desired Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and business decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
- Strong client-facing skills, including the confidence to lead conversations and build trust over time
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present data clearly and persuasively
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance-driven growth
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (reporting, analysis, client presentations)
- Google Analytics / GA4 knowledge - an advantage
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
