The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively with our clients to make sure that they can get the best outcomes from their partnership with RTB House. Maximising revenue from existing clients by convincing them to use our full suite of products and helping the new business team to close and onboard brand-new clients is a crucial role.

You Will:
- Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of existing clients with a clear focus on upselling, cross-selling and budget expansion.
- Map, engage and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders across the client’s organisation, ensuring RTB House has visibility and influence at every level. You will proactively expand our footprint within accounts so that we are top-of-mind across teams and functions.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular face-to-face and virtual meetings, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor translating performance insights into clear growth recommendations.
- Lead all commercial and strategic client communications across meetings, video calls, e-mail and Slack to ensure proactive engagement.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and strategies making sure to drive incremental spend and deeper partnerships.
- Use a consultative selling approach to uncover client objectives and align RTB House solutions to their business goals.
- Support clients through campaign integrations, launches and expansions while ensuring smooth execution in order to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Analyse campaign performance and data to uncover optimisation and revenue growth opportunities.
- Continuously develop deep knowledge of RTB House products, market trends and competition to confidently influence client decisions and create win-win scenarios.
- Take ownership of client success, retention and long term revenue growth acting with an entrepreneurial and sales driven mindset.
Desired Experience:
- Track record of exceeding quota for several consecutive years including ownership of seven figure plus revenue targets.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including C-suite, finance and technical stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling background with the ability to uncover client problems and lead solution design rather than rely on product pitching.
- Ability to upsell and expand existing accounts having successfully grown accounts through renewals, expansions and multi-product adoption.
- Strong ability to manage senior-level relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on the most impactful opportunities.
- Skilled storyteller with the ability to translate data into clear client value.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong team player who fosters collaboration, challenges the status quo and embraces continuous learning.
