Business Development Manager / Director

RTB House is a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. Its proprietary ad-buying engine is the first in the world to be powered
entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to generate outstanding results and reach their goals at every stage of the funnel.
Our team in Japan consists of 46 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. The Japan office was started in 2018 and we now have over 250 clients.
You Will:
- Have full responsibility for RTB House performance in the Japanese market, regarding sales;
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value;
- Establish sales objectives and project expected sales volume and profit within the managed territory;
- Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation;
- Build effective networks across business areas.
Desired experience:
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales or agency sales;
- Experience in online advertising (preferably e-commerce) of the Japanese market;
- Experience in working in a multinational environment;
- Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model;
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Business level in English and Japanese.
